Psychodynamics

The basic definition of the term psychodynamics is: the interrelation of the unconscious and conscious mental and emotional forces that determine personality and motivation.

This blog deals with this phenomena that prescribes a certain response amongst ourselves and our environment which is automatically gained or manually ingrained. When one does yoga, one is a student of yoga. When one does not do yoga, one is either not a student of yoga, or someone ignorant of that connection, which is found solely in the relation one has to things to do, or not to do. Simply put, the personality of a person cannot be obtained by what they do, because they do not do many other things. The state of a persons mind can however distinguish what one is capable of, or not capable of, and perhaps also what one has considered, and what one refuses to consider, and what one does not consider. Clearly humans are defined by the fact that they are living entities, so the responsibility lies solely within them to define themselves according to the realms which psychodynamics has to offer. It has a lot to offer, and perhaps one can attain some perspective on ones mind and being, which will be dealt with in this blog, to obtain the necessary questions and answers required to perhaps find the perfect personality and motivation, which has nothing to do with anything other than the relationship one has to oneself. To regard a strand of conscious or unconscious strata found in ones everyday life, like the lives of movie-stars, and models, and rich bureaucrats etc., which one is coincidentally aware of, then one can perhaps be inclined to believe that their personality and motivation is not yours, so one cannot subscribe to believe that one is what one is by what one does, but rather one is what one is by what one is. "I think, therefor I am" can also be "I am, therefor I think".
